As the importer of record, you may be subject to opening and inspection of your package by customs authorities. Nutrition Wolf is not responsible for orders that are held up in customs, delayed, seized, or refused entry.

Shipping and Handling

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the international carrier and the customs handling process of the destination country. Nutrition Wolf has no control over the shipping process after the package leaves our facility and cannot guarantee delivery times. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during the shipping process. Packages shipped to Germany will not be insured by Nutrition Wolf. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
